Lower Level- Bedroom #5- Bunk Bed with Trundle (all 3 are twins) + another twin bed (Sleeps 4)
Lower Level Bedroom #6- Two Twin Beds (Sleeps 2)
Lower Level- Bedroom #7- One King Bed w/ en suite bathroom with stand in shower (Sleeps 2)
Lower Level- Bathroom #4- In common area with children sized bath tub
*Please note that due to California Worker's Compensation limitations, housekeeping cannot make the top bunk. Fresh bedding and sheets will absolutely be provided.
Please note- From the last Friday after Memorial Day to the first Friday after Labor Day, bookings are for one week at a time. Check-in will be on Friday at 4PM, and checkout will be by 11AM the following Friday. Bookings of less than 7 nights will unfortunately not be accepted.
Also, water levels vary depending on the season. During the late fall/winter months, water levels are typically lower and may not reach the boat dock, therefore it may be unusable in these months.
Please note: Indoor fireplaces are NOT allowed during county-wide burn bans, which often occur in the summer and fall months. This is due to heightened fire risk in the area at those times. Outdoor BBQ grills are allowed year-round.
No Pets - Owner is Allergic
California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. Please prepare accordingly. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for guest's lack of vehicle preparation.
