Bedding configuration is as follows:
Master Bedroom- One King Bed (Downstairs)
Bedroom #2- One Queen, One Twin (Upstairs)
Bedroom #3- One Queen, One Twin (Upstairs)
Upstairs Loft- One pullout Queen sofa (Upstairs)
Upstairs Game Room- Two pullout Queen sofas*
*Kindly note that the pullout sofas are obviously not made prior to arrival, as they are pullout sofas. However, fresh bedding is definitely provided for both of them, including sheets, pillows, and blankets!
Please note: Indoor fireplaces AND outdoor fire pits are NOT allowed during county-wide burn bans, which often occur in the summer and fall months. This is due to heightened fire risk in the area at those times. Outdoor BBQ grills and propane fire pits ARE ALLOWED YEAR ROUND!!. Please do not light any fire at the property, or 911/Sheriff’s Department will be called out. Thank you for helping us keep our area safe from wildfire devastation.
No Pets
Early check-in and late checkouts are usually unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs. Please kindly plan your grocery shopping/traveling around the 4 PM check-in time (you can check in after that as late as you would like). If you need to check in early or check out late, we strongly recommend booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need. Most homes up here have a 10AM checkout. We do 11AM to give you extra time. Our housekeepers and cleaning inspectors work all over the mountains, and timing is usually tight.
There is parking for 4 cars. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit.
California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. Please prepare accordingly.Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for guest's lack of vehicle preparation.
Due to the high demand of this property, and the amount of inquiries it gets across different booking platforms, the cancellation policy will always be upheld. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing some type of travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!
